Timpanogos Invite and August 25-30

Congrats to Brooklyn Tarr for being named a Des News athlete of the week last week!  We are proud of Brooklyn and her example of hard work and her good attitude that she brings to our team!  Click the picture to see the article.

Last week we had a much better efforts at practices and had some good performances by the majority of the team at UIAAA.  Let's keep this going this next week.  We have a meet on Friday day at Lake Side Park in Orem.  Athletes will be checked out of school that morning. 

We appreciate Waite, Jeffs, Butterfield, and Torres families for hosting our team dinner last week, and all who attended.  We also appreciate all of the those who brought after race treats for the team on Saturday, as well as those who came to cheer and support.

We will have a Team Dinner on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at (7443 W. Hall Crossing Drive), hosted by the Ballard, Bytheway, Stoddart, and Lewis families. Athletes can bring $2 to contribute
