We saw some good things at Time Trials on Saturday. Thanks to all those who came and ran, came to support, and brought breakfast items. It was a good morning overall. We had a lot of athletes run faster than they thought they could, we saw some good times and efforts, and we saw who has put in the time and effort to train the way they were supposed to this summer or not. Results are on the Schedule and Results Page, and all results will be posted there throughout the season.
We have lots of work to do this season, since a lot of the team didn't do that much this summer. According to what has been reported, we only had 1 boy and 1 girl on the team who actually hit their mileage goals for the summer. In contrast to that we had over 40 athletes hit their goals 2 years ago. So buckle up and be prepared to get after it!
All Eligibility and Fees must be taken care of in order to compete!
We have a double meet week this week with Park City Twilight on Thursday evening and the Freber Invite on Saturday morning. The race schedules are linked to the meet name below
Practices are no longer optional, and it is expected that you are in attendance everyday. Those who skipped Time Trials, for whatever reason, will need to come to Park City prepared to do a workout instead of run the race.

The TEAM STORE has been reopened until Thursday
We will have a Team Dinner hosted by the Anderson, Burgess, Lund, and Meservy families at Morning Cloak Park (13585 Cloudwing Way, Riverton) at 6:00pm on Friday. Athletes can bring $2 to contribute.
We are still waiting for the new Nike Uniforms to arrive, they were ordered back in April. Supposedly they have shipped. Those who have a uniform from last XC season might have to wear it at first, and those who do not, Coach Barnes will get you one to wear by Wednesday.
Make sure you are hydrating and eating good throughout the day so you will be prepared to do well at practice in the afternoons.
