Summer Practices Start, June 9-14

We start our summer training on Monday June 9th.  The cost for summer is $85.  Please register, Summer Training Registration, prior to Monday June 9th and the start of summer training. 

Remember, when you are around we expect you at practice, this will be by far of the most benefit to you. Find opportunities to be at practice!  If you are out of town you should be running on your own.  The goal right now is 5 days a week, and as the summer goes on and the season starts, most athletes should plan on 6 days a week.  Be mindful of your mileage goals and try to achieve those every week, and have a plan to accomplish them.  Summer training will make or break your training and season, so be ready to work hard. Staying consistent will not only help you get in shape and achieve goals, but it will also help keep you stay healthy and hopefully injury free. We will start out lighter with our training and get busy with it as the summer goes on.

Remember for those not there the first week, you still need to get signed up and pay ASAP, so that we can start building a roster.  We will assign you a coach to report mileage to by the first of the 2nd week.  Keep track of mileage and report the first week as soon as you are assigned a coach.  

Always bring a water bottle to practice, and if you eat before you come make sure it is very light so you don't have digestion issues on the run.  Bring something to eat after practice as well, like an apple, banana, protein drink, granola bar, etc..  We will talk about nutrition the first week.

Monday - High School by the Track @ 7:00 a.m.

Tuesday - Butterfield Trailhead Regional Park 
@ 7:00 a.m.

Wednesday - High School by the Track @ 7:00 a.m.

Thursday - Monarch Meadows Park @ 7:00 a.m.

Friday - Monarch Meadows Park @ 7:00 a.m.

Saturday - On your own
