Please Report Mileage ASAP!
Another reminder to please start getting all eligibility requirements taken care of in the next two weeks, the deadline will come very soon, we are 7 weeks into a 10 week summer. Fees will be added at a later date (August) after camp, but RMA, grades, Birth Certificate, and physicals should all be taken care of ASAP. Don't wait until August 2nd!
Those going to camp: right now there are 36 of you, and we still have a couple spots we could get some of you in if you want. If anyone can or would like to go to camp that did not previously commit, please contact Coach Barnes ASAP and let him know you are able to attend. Camp fees will be added to skyward for those who have committed and available to soon, and at least by Tuesday next week. Paper work (both forms with the Medical one notarized, and copy of insurance card) are due Monday next week (July 28). Coach Barnes has to have this paperwork turned in before we leave to camp!
We would like to see you do a 24th race of some sort if you are able. Those who would like to run the Deseret News 10k next week, the code is: DN_HS25 for a discounted entry, it will give $20 off the 5k or Half. There are several races this weekend throughout the state if you like to race.

Thursday - No practice - Run a race or on your own
