All those going to camp, we will meet at the HS at 6:25 a.m. on Tuesday in front of the HS. Eat a light breakfast before and be ready for a trail run (i.e. in your running clothes and shoes). The Itinerary was sent out on the groupme earlier, including the camp checklist. Prepare to work hard and have fun!
Those not going to camp, we will still have some practices this week, but you need to get some good training in on your own. We wish you were all going to camp!
Saturday is the Sentinel Relays at Brighton. If you can go please click on the the link and add your name and fastest 3 mile time. If you can't go don't fill it out. HERE

Make sure you are taking care of your bodies, challenging yourself, and logging and reporting those miles. 3 weeks of summer training left. Start getting all of your eligibly taken care too (RMA completed, and 4th Q report card and physical uploaded to RMA).
Good job to all those who put in a good effort this week, and for those who have been working hard and doing what you are asked, including actually being at practice most days. Keep up the efforts!
