We start our summer training on Monday June 5th. The cost for summer is $75. Please register HERE prior to June 5th and the start of summer training.
Remember, when you are around we expect you at practice, this will be by far of the most benefit to you. Find opportunities to be at practice! If you are out of town you should be running on your own. The goal right now is 5 days a week, and as the summer goes on and the season starts, most athletes should plan on 6 days a week. Be mindful of your mileage goals and requirements every week, and have a plan to accomplish those things. Summer training will make or break your training, so be ready to work hard. We will start out light with our training and get busy with it as the summer goes on.
Remember for those not there you still need to get signed up and pay ASAP, so that we can start building a roster. We will assign you a coach to report mileage to by the first of the 2nd week. Keep track of mileage and report the first week as soon as you are assigned a coach.
Always bring a water bottle to practice, and if you eat before you come make sure it is very light so you don't have digestion issues on the run.

Thursday - Butterfield Park @ 7:00 a.m.
Friday - High School by the Track @ 7:00 a.m.
Saturday - On your own
