If you are new this week please see the last week's post on how to register. These things have to be done before you are allowed to practice! Do not show up to practice without turning in your disclosures and payment, we will send you home. Do not show up if you are sick in any way either!
So far we have had a good group of young athletes out to practice. Remember that the little things make the big difference, so make sure you are taking care of your body. If you know someone that wants to start, then get them out ASAP. Let them know what they need to do to get registered.
Bring your own water bottle to practice, and a snack to eat after.
We will assign you a coach to report mileage to this week. Make sure your Strava accounts are private accounts and that you are logging your miles everyday and keeping track of the miles you put on your running shoes.

Tuesday - Butterfield Park @ 7:00 a.m.
Wednesday - Butterfield Park @ 7:00 a.m.
Thursday - Rosecrest Park @ 7:00 a.m.
Friday - Rosecrest Park @ 7:00 a.m.

If
you have not yet reported your mileage to your assigned coach please do
so ASAP. Emails are on the contact page above. The first time you
will report the first two weeks. Mileage should be reported after your
last run for the week, and no later than Sunday night.
