All paperwork and money needs to be turned by Tuesday at the very latest, this includes any fundraising money and copies of Insurance Cards.
We still have 20 fundraising Great Harvest cards if anyone wants to raise more money, so let Coach Barnes know if you need some, or we will give them back to get refunded.
We will leave at 6:00am on Thursday morning from the front of the HS, so try to be there in plenty of time to get your gear loaded and get on the bus. We will make some stops here and there, but mostly quick stops and a lunch break. Eat breakfast or bring it with you. We will run that night when we get to the hotel.
You will be checked out of school (school excused) for Thursday and Friday. Please make sure to let your teachers know and get any work needed beforehand.

Wednesday - Rosecrest @ 3:20pm
Thursday - Leave the school at 6:00am, run when we get to the hotel

Saturday - Foot Locker Races
Wise things to take to Foot Locker:
-Money for food (this all depends on how much you plan on spending). Breakfast will be at the hotel Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There will be Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and Fast Food joints within walking distance of the hotel.
- Running Shoes
-Water Bottle
- Swimming Suit and Beach Towel
- Jacket
- Extra Running Clothes (we will run 3 times)
- Spikes with blanks for racing
- Warm Ups for Race Morning
- Head light and Reflective Vest for the run on Thursday night
- Snacks for the Bus ride (not just a bunch of junk food)
- Any DVDs need to be PG rated
