We saw some good things last week at the Timpview Invite, especially from the boys varsity and JV.  Both boys teams won the meet.  Our girls varsity was 4th without our #1 runner. The Region Championships are this week, so put all of your hard work, time, and training together for your best race of the season so far, this Friday!
  
So far we have 22 boys and 12 girls who wish to attend Foot Locker this year.  Some of you put ?s.  We would love to fill a bus with our own team, so please figure out if it is something you are able to do and let Coach Barnes know ASAP.

This week's team dinner is on Thursday, October 10th at 13972 S. Newburg Dr. at 6:00pm.  Hosted by the Saumsiegle, Fugal, and Wilson families. Athletics can bring $2 to help with cost.  Dress warm!

Friday - Region Championships @ Mounatin View (Orem Community Park).  Buses will leave at 1:00pm because of buses have to drop us off to get back for routes.
