Last Thursday's meet was a good test for us on our Region course and we had some good performances. Let's make this week at Region Championships our very best meet of the season to this point.  It is a bummer that we cannot have spectators at the meet because of Orem COVID mandates, but hopefully we can make them proud by how we compete.  

Cool Nerd Report is up to date, check it out and see your improvements from Pre-Region that was a shorter course.

Team Dinner??? Most likely canceled due to COVID restrictions

Thanks to the Lundell, Rentmeister, Saumsiegle, and Thompson families for putting on our team dinner last week.

Schedule 
Monday - Butterfield Park @ 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday - Butterfield Park @ 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday -  Rosecrest Park @ 3:30 p.m. 

Thursday - Region Championships at Mountain View in Orem, buses will leave at 1:40pm, athletes will be checked out of classes early.

• 4:00pm                 JV Boys Race 
  
• 4:30pm                 Varsity Girls Race
• 5:00pm                 Varsity Boys Race

Spectators are not allowed since Orem and Provo were put at Orange and athletes are asked to wear masks when not running
