Foot Locker Trip and November 27 - December 2

 All paperwork and, including proof of payment, needs to be turned into Coach Barnes by Tuesday at the very latest, this includes copies of Insurance cards.  

Foot Locker payments need to be made this week if they haven't been yet.  Coach Barnes needs a receipt of payment, this can be a picture or screen shot as well.  Also, please see the info on the Foot Locker page above.  Please get the following forms (including a copy of your health insurance card) to Coach Barnes by Monday November 27th, if you haven't already done so. Thank you!

Forms needed ( these were given to athletes at practice and the banquet) 
Parent Consent for Student Travel and Medical Treatment
needs to be filled out and notarized by November 27.  A photo copy of your insurance card needs to be given with this form.

Parent-Approval-Survey-Overnight-Travel
needs to be filled out and turned in by November 27.

Our bus will pick us up at 5:15 a.m. (nice and early) on Thursday morning from the front of the HS, so try to be there in plenty of time to get your gear loaded and get on the bus so we can leave ASAP.  We will make some stops here and there, but mostly quick stops and a lunch break.  Eat breakfast or bring it with you.  We will run that night when we get to the hotel.  


You will be checked out of school (school excused) for Thursday and Friday.  Please make sure to let your teachers know and you get any work needed beforehand.

Monday - 
Monarch Meadows @ 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday Monarch Meadows @ 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday - Rosecrest @ 3:30 p.m.

Thursday Leave the school at 5:20 a.m., run when we get to the California

Friday - Run at the beach

Saturday - Foot Locker/Hoka Races

Wise things to take to Foot Locker:
-Money for food ( you will all be given petty cash before we leave).  Breakfast will be at the hotel Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  There will be Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and Fast Food joints, some within walking distance 
of the hotel, others we will ride the bus over to. 
- Running shoes
-Water bottle
- Swimming suit, beach towel, and sunscreen
- Jacket and some semi warm clothes.  (Temps range from 40s-60s) 
- Extra running clothes (we will run 3 times)
- Spikes with blanks for racing if you are going to race in them.
- Warm ups for race morning, it is always cold when we get to the races.
- Head light and reflective vest for the run on Thursday night 
- Snacks for the bus ride (not just a bunch of junk food, have some decently healthy snacks)
- Any DVDs need to be PG rated
