July 31-August 5

Team Camp was awesome this past week, and we worked hard and had a lot of fun!  We missed many of you who didn't attend for various reasons, but we had great group of athletes and great 3 days as a team.

Saturday was the Sentinel Relays, and we had a good turnout and a good time.  We appreciate the athletes who made it a priority, and came and ran hard! We also wanted to thank the parents and families who were willing to give rides, come support and cheer, and bring breakfast items.  Thank you! 

Time Trials will be Monday August 7th and our first meet is scheduled for August 12th at Cottonwood Complex!  Eligibility is due this week (August 4th).  This needs to done before Time Trials, or you cannot run at Time Trials or the first meet.  Please get RMA taken care of, if you haven't already done so. This includes: uploading a current physical and your 4th quarter report card from Skyward.  RMA should say "ready for tryouts" before Time Trials next Monday.  Fees will be available to pay in the main office and on Skyward after Time Trials, this also includes uniform fees. See Eligibility Page above for details and cost of uniforms. 

Since other teams and coaches are always stalking our blog we will put a summer mileage link on our groupme, or you can ask your coach what your current status is.  You have 2 weeks left to hit the minimum mileage before the first meet.  See where you are at, and if you have a zero on a week that you didn't report then get it to your assigned coach right away.  Be honest too, we know when you send us mileage that isn't your true mileage, and that is not showing integrity.

Next week we will start doing half of our practices in the afternoon, and the week that school starts we will go all afternoon practices so plan accordingly, especially those who have jobs or other activities you are involved in.  Practice will be mandatory!

We will do a Spike Night August 9th at Run Gr8 in Riverton at 6:00pm-8:00pm.
