Last week was a good running week for us, and even though we weren't fresh for the race on Friday, most of you still had some very good times. We had a good showing at TwiKnight on Friday, but we need to step it up for next week when we have Region Championships. The goal should always be to run your very best at these post season championship meets, so let's focus on that in our training this week.
A reminder that all kinds of sickness is going around right now, tis the season. Please make sure you are doing things to try to avoid getting sick. Also if you are sick, please communicate with the coaches. We usually would rather have you get rested and well than do any kind of training, and definitely do not want things spread around to others if we can avoid it. This includes being at school. If you are too sick to be at practice, you are too sick to be at school too.
We have a team dinner on Tuesday 6:00 p.m. @ 5076 W Leila Lane, hosted by the Bracken, Condie, Hart, Kirkham, and Robinson families. Athletes can bring $2 to contribute. Bring a camp chair as well.

Thanks to all of the parents that brought post race snacks to our meets on Friday, some of you have done it multiple times and we appreciate it.
