All those going to camp, will meet at the HS at 6:25 a.m. on Tuesday. Eat a light breakfast before and be ready for a trail run (i.e. in your running clothes and shoes). The Itinerary was sent out on the groupme earlier, including the camp checklist. Prepare to work hard and have fun!
Those not going to camp, we will still have practices this week.
Make sure you are taking care of your bodies, challenging yourself, and logging and reporting those miles. 3 weeks of summer training left. Start getting all of your eligibly taken care too.
Next week Saturday is our Sentinel Team Relays, so check the schedule and watch for emails and more info for that activity next week.
Good job to all those who put in good effort this week, and for those who raced hard in a race. Keep up the efforts!
