If you haven't done RMA and taken care of your physical and grades please start working on that. Fees will be available to pay in the main office in the next week or so, we will let you know when. Until then, everything else can be taken care of.
The team store is up online for one week. Gear often times takes about 4 weeks to come after the store closes. So if you want your swag early on in the season now would be the time to order it. Team store HERE
For those going to the Top of Utah Cross Country Camp, permission forms and checks made out to Bear River High (no cash please!) need to be given to Coach Barnes at practice on Wednesday July 21 or Thursday July 22 unless otherwise communicated. HERE is the information for the camp. This camp is not a Jordan District camp, so it has nothing to do with Mountain Ridge High, it is run through Box Elder District. Transportation to and from camp will be on your own.
Get those miles reported ASAP, we are missing a lot of your Saturday reports!
HERE is the mileage for the first 5 weeks so you can see where you were at before this last week. Rookies needs to average about 20 miles a week, so after 5 weeks you should be around 100 miles. Returners need to average around 25.5 miles so you should be around 128 miles.

Friday - No practice. We would encourage you to run a race for the 24th, either on Friday or Saturday if you are able.
