XC Starts

We start our summer training on Monday.  The cost for summer is $70 and payments and permission forms can be turned into the Main Office at Mountain Ridge.  Some of have you have already done this, but those who have not can pay starting after practice on Monday.  We have a secretary that will be there specifically to take payments right after practice, which will be between 8:00-8:30 a.m..

Remember, when you are around we expect you at practice, this will be by far of the most benefit to you.  If you are out of town you should be running on your own.  The goal right now is 5 days a week, and as the summer goes on and the season starts, most athletes should plan on 6 days a week.

Remember for those not there you still needs to get signed up and pay ASAP, so that we can start building a roster.  We will assign you a coach to report mileage to by the first of the 2nd week.  Keep track of mileage and report the first week as soon as you are assigned a coach.

Always bring a water bottle to practice, and if you eat before you come make sure it is very light so you don't have digestion issues on the run.

Schedule 

Monday - High School by the Track @ 7:00 a.m.

Tuesday - Monarch Meadows Park @ 7:00 a.m.

Wednesday - Monarch Meadows Park @ 7:00 a.m.

Thursday - Monarch Meadows Park @ 7:00 a.m.

Friday - Monarch Meadows Park @ 7:00 a.m.

Saturday - On your own
