Remember that practice is not optional!  If there is some reason that you are not able to be at a practice you need to let the coaches know ASAP, and then you are still expected to make up what you miss.  

You are required to log your miles, so if they aren't up to date please correct it ASAP.

Weber State Invite.  We understand that it is a Holiday weekend, and this is why we are going to a Friday meet this week to try to give you as much family time for Labor Day as possible.  Please make it a priority and communicate with coaches for any special circumstances.  Athletes will be checked out in time to get to the bus.  9th graders will need to get to the HS on time for the bus, but will be checked out by Coach Barnes.  The meet will be at:

El Monte Golf Course

Team Dinner will be on Thursday at 6:00pm at 14748 South White Ridge Cove, Herriman and hosted by the Myers, Strang, and Paige Peterson families.  Athletes can bring $2 to contribute.
